If class is held  at alternate location (not at NFM studio) then pease bring: 2 yoga blocks same size, Yoga mat, Yoga strap or scarf, a blanket.
Please bring YTU Therapy Balls and Coregeous balls if you have them . Therapy balls will also be available for purchase at the workshop.

Self-Massage Body Reset Workshop

In this restorative workshop, you’ll learn the Roll Model® Method, a simple and powerful self-massage technique using specially designed therapy balls to release deep muscle tension and improve how your body feels and moves.

Through guided breathing techniques and targeted rolling sequences, we will gently work from head to toe, helping you:

✔ Reduce aches and pains
✔ Improve mobility and circulation
✔ Calm your nervous system
✔ Experience deep relaxation

By the end of the class, you’ll feel lighter, looser, and more relaxed—and you’ll leave with tools you can use anytime your body needs relief.

Whether you’re at a desk all day, behind the wheel, training hard, or constantly on the go, this workshop will help you reset your body and restore balance.
