GET STARTED PACKAGE - If you are new to the studio, if you have never done Pilates, need a refresher or have an injury this package is for you!
First session is a consultation & movement assessment where we will find out how you move, what you love to do, discuss limitations or injuries, clarify goals, and create a plan for you moving forward. The next 2 sessions will review the foundations for your postural alignment, introduce the movement building blocks and orientation on the various equipment, to prepare you for group classes.
