For Private/DuetAppointments: 24 hour Cancellation Policy is in effect to time of the appointment.
All Classes: Reservation and Cancellation window is 3 hours before class time.
Waitlists are enabled. All of those on the list will receive email if a spot opens up. Booking is then first come, first served.
Late cancels and No shows will be charged.
