WELCOME TO NEW FOUND MOVEMENT: Mindful Movement for Health with Claire Miller, Owner & Certified Movement Educator - Recommended by Doctors, Physiotherapists, Chiropractors and Massage Therapists. At NFM we offer Movement Education tailored to you and your needs. 
New Students: Please go to "New Students Start Here page" or email [email protected] prior to booking group classes. 
Please be sure to include all health status info, injuries, surgeries, conditions, etc on your online account. This info is completely confidential.
Cancellation Policies: Late cancels and No shows will be charged.
Classes - Reservation and Cancellation window is 3 hours before class time.  *8am Class reservation/cancellation is 12 hour before. 
To reserve your spot in classes, payment is required. Waitlists are enabled. All of those on the list will receive email if a spot opens up. Booking is then first come, first served. Classes with only 1 person registered may be cancelled/re-scheduled.
Private & Duet Appointments - 24 hour Cancellation Policy is in effect to time of the appointment.
Payment is required to reserve your class or appointment time. 
Snow Day Policy: If Winter storm is expected a plan will be made ahead of time. Typically classes are cancelled if schools are closed. In some cases Zoom classes/sessions can be offered instead.
Health & Wellness Policy:
If you are feeling sick in any way, please adhere to cancellation policies and cancel as soon as possible within the windows for cancellation policy.
Please do not come to the studio at all if you have any symptoms of any illness including covid-19, flu, stomach flu, common cold, etc. 
Examples are: cough, scratchy or sore throat, fever, runny nose, nausea, fatigue, muscle aches (not from working out), diarrhea, dizziness, etc. 
If you feel “off” in any way, please stay home and join us instead via Zoom! Zoom options can be created for all classes that you can sign up for instead. 
Please do not return in person until all symptoms have been resolved for at least 24 hours.
The Studio opens 10 minutes before classes/appointments.
