Studio Policies & Information

The studio opens 10 minutes before all classes and appointments. Please read & scroll down to view the class schedule.

New Students

Reservations & Cancellation Policies

Group Classes

  • Reservations and cancellations must be made at least 3 hours before class time
  • Pre-registration is required and space is limited
  • Late cancellations and no-shows will be deducted from your class pass
  • Payment is required to reserve your spot
  • Waitlists are enabled and booking is first come, first served if a spot opens
  • Classes with only one participant registered may be cancelled or rescheduled

Private & Duet Appointments

Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you.

  • All appointments are booked in advance and require full prepayment to secure your reservation.
  • We kindly ask for 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or appointment changes.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments, are non-refundable.

Thank you for respecting our booking policies, which allow us to provide the highest level of care and attention to every client.

Pre-Registered Series & Workshops

  • Tickets are for pre-registered series registrations or workshops with each participant's place reserved in advance.
  • As such, no changes, refunds, or class credits are available once your booking has been confirmed.

Illness Policy

If you are feeling unwell in any way, please stay home and cancel your in-person session as soon as possible.

Please do not attend the studio if you have symptoms of illness including cough, sore throat, fever, runny nose, nausea, fatigue, muscle aches, dizziness, or gastro type symptoms.

Zoom options can be arranged for most classes. Please return to in-person classes only after symptoms have fully resolved for at least 24 hours.

Weather Cancellations

If severe winter weather is expected, cancellation decisions will be communicated by email in advance. Generally, classes are cancelled when schools are closed. Zoom options may be offered when possible.
