Fun warm-ups, Therabands, booty bands, Balls, Foam Rollers, weights - will use all the props we have available to keep things fun while improving our Core Strength, Mobility, Stability, and Balance.
All Levels: everyone welcome provided group programming is appropriate for participants. 
Students new to NFM, please book an initial assessment prior to signing up for group classes.
