Flow Style class combining Deep Core Activation with Strengthening, Stretching intervals.
This dynamic reformer Workout moves quickly in a flow challenging your core, brain, balance, strength, and flexibility. 
The Reformer is one of the original pieces of resistance exercise equipment designed by Joseph H. Pilates. Resistance is provided by the participants body weight and by springs attached to the carriage and platform. 


*Understanding and integration of basic Pilates technique is required. 
**Pre-Requisite minimum is the Get Started Package as Previous Pilates equipment experience is necessary. Contact Claire prior to registering for this class.
