Join Yoga Tune Up® – Neck & Shoulder Tension Tamer to release tension, improve mobility, and feel better in your body. This workshop blends self-massage, movement, and breathwork for real, lasting results.

Perfect for tight, tired, overworked bodies (athletes, desk sitters, and everyone in between).

Please note: Avoid eating at least 60 minutes before class.

What to bring:

  • 2 yoga blocks (same size)
  • Yoga mat
  • Yoga strap or scarf
  • Blanket
  • all your YTU Therapy Balls & Coregeous Ball (if you have them)
     Therapy balls will also be available to borrow and for purchase at the workshop.

Yoga Tune Up® – Let’s Roll, Breathe & Move!

In this workshop, Certified Yoga Tune Up® and Roll Model® Method Instructor Claire Miller guides you through targeted self-massage techniques and movement sequences designed to quickly reduce tension, improve breathing, increase mobility, and decrease pain. You’ll also gain valuable insight into your own body and movement patterns.

This workshop is ideal for anyone who:

  • Experiences injury, chronic pain, stiffness, or tension
  • Lives an active lifestyle and wants better performance and recovery
  • Spends long hours sitting
  • Wants the benefits of regular massage without the time or cost
  • Pushes their body hard and needs recovery support

YTU blends focused self-massage (myofascial release) using high-grip therapy balls with yoga-based movement and breath work. Each session includes therapy ball sequences followed by movement to target common “problem areas.”

These classes help uncover and address “body blind spots”—areas that are overused, underused, or misused—supporting better movement, posture, and overall function. The result: less pain, improved performance, and a more resilient body.

All levels welcome. Class is tailored to those attending.
