She is the only certified Yoga Tune Up® (biomechanics based yoga) and Roll Model Method® (self-massage/myofascial release techniques) Teacher in NL.

Claire’s programming is designed to help people more easily understand their body mechanics and empower them to move mindfully so that they can be more efficientand pain free in their daily activities.  She has learned from her extensive studies, teaching, and personal experience that movement is medicine and applies that approach to all her teaching.

Claire is known for her "xray eyes" and for providing a “personal touch” to all her classes by tailoring them to suit her students’ needs. Claire meets students where they are and provides a safe and fun environment for them to be challenged and thrive.  As a result, she receives client referrals from Chiropractors, Doctors, Naturopaths, Massage Therapists and Physiotherapists.

Claire has also created Movement to Music dance programs at Kenny’s Pond and Tiffany Village Retirement Communities. Her students have ranged in age from 8 to 103 and she enjoys sharing her education and experience through movement with them all.

Claire teaches with “infectious excitement” and is thrilled that there is always more to learn!
