This class will switch up each week challenging the body on various Pilates Apparatus including: Pilates Reformers, Pilates Reformers with Trampolines, Pilates Stability Chairs, Barre, Roller Balance Board, and Props to keep things fun and fresh!
In these classes you will:
• Strengthen core: abdominal muscles, pelvic floor, hip and postural muscles
• Improve balance, stability and coordination
• Increase flexibility and Improve range of motion
• Improve activities of daily living
• Improve athletic performance
• Rehabilitate and prevent injury
• Build strength
• Energize and Live better in your body!
**Pre-Requisite minimum is the Get Started Package as Previous Pilates equipment experience is necessary. Contact Claire prior to registering for this class.
