The Reformer is one of the original pieces of resistance exercise equipment designed by Joseph H. Pilates. Resistance is provided by the participants body weight and by springs attached to the carriage and platform. 
This dynamic reformer Workout moves quickly in a flow to challenge your core, balance, strength, and Flexibility. 

*Understanding and integration of basic Pilates technique is required. 
**Pre-Requisite minimum is the Get Started Package as Previous Pilates equipment experience is necessary. Contact Claire prior to registering for this class.
