Upbeat Circuit Style Class utilizing multiple pieces of the Pilates Apparatus.
A Total Body workout which will get your heart pumping! Stations will include: Pilates Reformer, Chair, Springboard, Reformers with trampolines, BOSU & Roller Balance Board. A fun and challenging way to experience all of the equipment in the studio and get a full body workout.  

In these classes you will:
     Strengthen core: abdominal muscles, pelvic floor, hip and postural muscles
    Improve balance, stability and coordination
    Increase flexibility and Improve range of motion
    Improve activities of daily living
    Improve athletic performance
    Rehabilitate and prevent injury 
    Build strength
    Energize and Live better in your body!

** Pre-Requisite is the Get Started Package as Previous Pilates equipment experience is necessary. Contact Claire prior to registering for this class.
