As a Trained Bone Fitâ„¢ Teacher, Claire offers specialized movement classes that address the unique needs of clients who are at risk of low bone density, and those living with low bone density and Osteoporosis.
Bone Fitness classes are also for anyone interested in maintaining and building muscle and strength for daily living as well as all other physical activities.
Classes include fun and challenging weight-bearing exercises, and resistance training with bands and heavy weights employing progressive overload principles to improve functional muscle strength, stability, balance, gait, agility, postural endurance and core strength.
