In this workshop we will Restore and Harmonize the Hips from inside out using Therapy Ball Massage and Movement Sequences to mobilize and strengthen the hips in all directions. These techniques help to ease lower back, hip and knee pain. A perfect complement to improve activities of daily living and all of your physical endeavours.
Yoga Tune Up® - Let's Roll, Breathe & Move!
YTU combines focused with targeted self-massage, myofascial release using specially designed high-grip rubber balls with movement routines rooted in Yoga. Each workshop will contain therapy ball sequences followed by movement sequences and breath work for a deep dive into our most "kneady" areas.
YTU is preventative maintenance for your body. These biomechanics classes help you to identify and target your “body blind spots”; areas of your body that are overused, underused, misused or abused. By intelligently addressing these problem areas, we heal damaged muscle, increase strength and establish healthy movement patterns. The result is less pain, improved posture and enhanced performance - a chance to live better in your body. The self-massage sequences and whole-body exercises are recommended by physical therapists, pain medicine specialists, massage therapists and chiropractors, to provide long-lasting positive changes from head to toe.
